Smoked Corn Bread

- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil + 1 tbsp for the skillet
- 2 each eggs
Preheat Cooker (or oven) and Skillet
Add Wet Ingredients to the Dry Mix
Add all wet ingredients into the dry mix
Mix/blend with a spatula until fully incorporated
Set corn bread mix to the side and cover
Prep Cast Iron Skillet
After the cooker reaches 425 degrees
Add 1 tbsp oil to the cast iron skillet and place back in cooker
Wait 2 - 3 minutes for the oil to come up to temperature
