Ingredients: 3 1/2 Pounds Butter Gold or Baking Potatoes, peeled 5 Green Onions, diced 4 Stalks of celery, diced 1 Medium Yellow Onion 1/3 Cup Pickled Jalapeños, diced 2 Cups Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons Texas Gold Dust - All Purpose Seasoning or 1 Tablespoon SuckleBusters + 1 Tablespoon salt 
Directions: Slice the potatoes into 1 inch sections, place into a large pan and cover with water. Boil until fork tender, about 25 minutes. Drain. Put the cooked potatoes in a large serving bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix well and serve warm or chill and serve. Serves 15.
