3 Avocados, ripened, seeded and peeled 1 Tomato, diced 1/2 Yellow onion, diced The juice of one-half a Lime 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 TableSpoon Texas Gold Dust, All Purpose Seasoning
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a small serving bowl using the back of a spoon to mash the ripened avocados. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated, serve with chips, fresh tortillas or use as a sauce for any dish. Serving hint: Refrigerate the avocados, tomato, onion and lime for about an hour before using to slightly chill the guacamole.
