Ingredients: 5 - 6 lb Bone-in Prime Rib Campfire Steak Seasoning 
Directions: Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Dust the prime rib with the seasoning, covering all sides. Insert a meat thermometer to the center of the roast. Place the roast with the fat side up on a broiler pan and put on the middle rack in the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Reduce oven temperature setting to 325 degrees. Continue cooking until done, about 140 degrees internal temperature for medium or approx 1.5 hours cooking time. Remove form the oven when the thermometer is approximately 5 degrees below the target temperature. Allow roast to set for 10 - 15 minutes before carving. Serve.
