Ingredients: 4 Rib Eye Steaks 1/4 Cup Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 Cup Worchestershire Sauce 1/2 Cup Wood Chips Campfire Steak Seasoning to taste
Directions: First, soak the wood chips in a cup of water. Preheat the grill. Combine and cover both sides of the steaks with the oil and worchestershire sauce. Sprinkle on the seasoning, about 1 - 2 tablespoons per steak. Allow the steaks to marinate at room temperature while the grill is heating up (usually 5 to 30 minutes). When the grill is ready, Add the wood chips directly to the fire. Place steaks on the grill and cook to correct temperature (see below). Plate up the cooked steaks and allow them to rest for 3 or 4 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
