Ingredients: 6 Pork Chops 1 Tablespoon Texas Gold Dust - All Purpose Seasoning Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 Cup white wine vinegar 2 Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 
Directions: Combine all the ingredients except the pork chops into a small bowl. Pour over the pork chops and allow to marinate while the grill is heating up. Cook on a medium heat grill to desired doneness. Use remaining marinade as a baste while cooking. Do not overcook the pork or it will be dry.
