This is a quick and easy recipe for Blackened Tilapia. The great thing is that even our kids asked for seconds (we did too). Ingredients: 5 to 6 Tilapia Fillets (frozen works fine too) 2 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 TBL Texas Gold Dust, All Purpose Seasoning Lemon Texas Heat Pepper Sauce
Directions: Coat the fillets with EVOO and apply a heavy dusting of Texas Gold Dust, All Purpose Seasoning. Heat a non-stick skillet on high heat and add the fillets. Turn once when you see the seasoning forming a dark crust. They cook quickly, about a minute or two on each side. Serve with sliced lemon and Texas Heat Pepper Sauce. Serve immeditally. Enjoy!
