Ingredients: 3 Beef Steaks 1/2 inch cut; Rib eye, Sirloin and T-Bones are good choices. 2 Dozen Extra Large Fresh Jalapeños 2 12 oz. Packages Cream Cheese 2 12 oz. Packages Bacon Tooth Picks Texas Gold Dust - All Purpose Seasoning 
Directions: Prepare the jalapeños by removing the stems and seeds, cut each jalapeño in half. Remember to wear gloves when handling jalapeños. Prepare the steaks (See our steak recipe ) using Texas Gold Dust. Slice the steaks into 1/2 inch by 2" sections and sprinkle on a little extra seasoning, coating all sides. Slice the packages of bacon so that each slice of bacon is cut in half. Cut the cream cheese into slices slightly smaller than the steak sections, each package should yield 24 slices. 
Assembly: Start with the jalapeños, then add a section of cream cheese, add a steak slice then wrap it with the bacon. Use the toothpick to hold the bacon in place. 
Cooking the ABTs: Cook the assembled ABTs on the top rack and use a low heat setting on your grill. Continue cooking until the bacon is crispy, approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Remove and serve. Makes about 48 ABTs.
